The community engagement space is designed to cater all age groups, fostering a sense of belonging through diverse amenities and activities. The landscape is thoughtfully organized with multifunctional zones including play zone, Senior citizen space, Swimming pool, Yoga area, Area for Cultural programs, Outdoor screening, Game court etc.
A curated flooring palette defines each community space while maintaining a cohesive landscape language. Textures and materials shift to suit activities—crazy patterns for play areas, calm stone for senior seating, durable surfaces for game courts, and expressive paving for cultural gatherings. Around the pool is rhythmic, cooler and relaxed textures to enhance comfort and visual diversity.
A playful wall with circular punctures encourages interaction in the children’s zone, while pergola structures create shaded gathering spaces. Movable planters introduce flexibility and greenery, and textured stone cladding defines edges and backdrops—together forming a cohesive yet dynamic setting for recreation, rest, and community life.
